Apprenticeships for over 26 years

Since starting my Business Administrator apprenticeship I have gradually taken on more responsibility and learnt various new tasks such as enhancement of general skills, problem-solving, project management, conducting myself professionally and producing records. I left this apprenticeship with a formal business qualification, enabling me to earn a higher wage and secure a permanent position. As well as this there is a good opportunity to up skill with Maths and English, if need be. Achieving this apprenticeship has now enabled me to be promoted internally.

Completing the Learning and Development apprenticeship has been a transformative experience. The comprehensive curriculum provided me with practical skills and in-depth knowledge, empowering me to effectively support and enhance workplace learning. The mentorship and hands-on projects helped bridge theory with real-world applications, boosting my confidence and career readiness. I am now well-equipped to foster growth and drive success in my organisation. I highly recommend this apprenticeship, and Straight A Training, to anyone eager to make a meaningful impact in the field of learning and development.

During my apprenticeship programme with Straight A, my tutor Sally provided excellent advice and guidance on how best to succeed in my course.

She structured meetings centred around gaps in my knowledge and provided great feedback, I always felt completely supported and looked after during my apprenticeship. Overall, my time with Straight A Training has been massively helpful towards my career in the future and my distinction grade would not have been possible without Sally's help and knowledge.

I enrolled with Straight A to achieve Business Administrator level 3. The online enrolment process was very straight forward.

Initially, I thought it was going to be a challenge completing my course alongside my job but with Beata's support, I was able to complete my apprenticeship. I am extremely happy and satisfied with Straight A and most especially with Beata's guidance, I could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend Straight A to any future apprentice.

My experience with Straight A Training throughout my Marketing Assistant apprenticeship has been incredibly rewarding. The programme was both enjoyable and challenging, pushing me to develop my skills and grow professionally.

I am currently completing the Event Assistant level 3 apprenticeship with Straight A.  My tutor has been nothing but helpful and dedicated to helping me complete my assignments and tasks.  Straight A have made working and learning on the job simple and easy. I have thoroughly enjoyed working towards my Event Assistant apprenticeship.

Doing an apprenticeship with Straight A Training has been massively enjoyable. I had access to all of the correct materials and guidance throughout, and I had constant support from my tutor, especially during the final stages of the course.

My Apprenticeship has helped me tremendously in many ways, not only professionally but personally as well. I have got to learn a lot about business itself and how to provide the best customer service to the clients, which is the most important thing in my role as a Coordinator in the Hospitality Industry. Also, it has helped me learn a lot about myself and made me realise what my strengths and weaknesses are and what I should keep working on.

Completing the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship with Straight A Training has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. When I began, I had limited knowledge of the industry, but through hands-on experience and support and guidance from my tutor, Sally, I was able to gain valuable skills and confidence. Achieving a distinction in all of my assessments was a proud moment for me, and I’m thrilled to have secured a full-time position in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Advisor.

Over the course of my apprenticeship programme at Bronze Mechanical Handling, I have had the opportunity to seamlessly join the business world and learn new skills, and pursue my qualifications within that environment. It has felt so rewarding working so hard with my tutor Yoana, who has constantly pushed me to do my best and in the end, achieve the results I dreamed about!

This apprenticeship with Straight A Training allowed me to experience real-world projects within Bronze, boosting my confidence in not only my coursework but also my everyday tasks at Bronze. My communication skills with external and internal stakeholders were enhanced with this course, along with my time management and organisation abilities all because I had the hands-on opportunities within this course. It has boosted my career achievements and will allow me to go further in the future with the results I have achieved. 

For the past year, I have studied Business Administrator Level 3. Having regular meetings with my tutor has made the handbook study and tasks seem super simple and smooth. The mocks I had before the final EPA interview and presentation have been so helpful to me. This has made the stress I usually have before any exams non-existent.
