Apprenticeships in

Facilities Management

Sector Details

Overview

Facilities management has been defined as an “organisational function which integrates people, place and process within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business.”

Why look for Apprentices now?

People have high expectations of their living, working and leisure environments and as part of this, Facilities Management strives to meet the high demands of both organisations and individuals. Professional Facilities management is required to plan, maintain and manage these buildings with hard services such as mechanical and electrical services; along with soft services such as cleaning, catering, vending and security services.

Facilities Management is a fast expanding, diverse sector which works to support us in our everyday life.

We support Facilities Services Apprenticeships across levels 2 – 4. We work with both large and small organisations to give individuals the necessary Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours to springboard their career in FM. Apprentices may be from a small, dedicated in house FM team or working in a large FM company which provides FM services to a number of clients. Apprentices may be new to the industry or maybe wanting to attain the next level of knowledge and skills to progress their career.
